DMCA Copyright Policy

At ONEv1, we’re all about giving basketball players a platform to showcase their skills — not someone else’s copyrighted content. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that something on our platform infringes your copyright, we’re here to help.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or acting on behalf of one), you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice to have content removed from ONEv1

What Happens Next?

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe a takedown was made in error, you may email us a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your name and contact info

Repeat Infringer Policy

We believe in second chances — and even third. But repeated violations won’t fly.
